Abstract: Visualtherapeutic is an innovative research-based approach that integrates art therapy, visual elements, and mindfulness to enhance emotional well-being and creativity. In this study, emotional well-being is assessed using psychological scales measuring anxiety, stress, and depression levels, while creativity is evaluated with a creativity scale. This study employs a pretest-posttest design with two groups, where one group receives Visualtherapeutic treatment, while the other serves as a control group without treatment. The structured framework consists of eight phases: Warm-Up, Remembering, Hope, Sorrow, Rebalancing, Self-Understanding, Growth, and Appreciation. The methodology emphasizes the use of visual elements—lines, shapes, colors, textures, and points—as symbolic tools to externalize emotions and enhance self-awareness. Additionally, mindfulness attitudes, such as trust, openness, patience, and non-judgment, are applied to create a supportive therapeutic environment. The results indicate that Visualtherapeutic is effective in reducing anxiety, stress, and depression while enhancing creativity. This approach has been proven to significantly support participants' emotional well-being and creativity.
