Abstract: In the single-molecule manipulation technology, magnetic tweezers technology has infinite potential, this paper mainly introduces the principles of optical tweezers, scanning probe microscopy (SPM), and magnetic tweezers, and focuses on the application of magnetic tweezers technology in recent years, and proposes an improvement scheme of magnetic tweezers system.
