Abstract: One of the brutal imperialist powers of antiquity was the Roman Empire. The founding mind of Rome divided citizens into two types: citizens with full right (Patricians) and citizens with little right (Plebeians). The division of its citizens into two in the form of citizens with full rights and little rights caused structural problems for Rome. The class division, which did not base on equality, caused internal struggles within the country that would last for centuries.Citizens with full rights had always constituted the main elements of Rome. Therefore, they took advantage of all the opportunities of Rome at the highest level.Other Romans, apart from themselves, were intermediaries who supported their life comforts.Of course, to ensure the continuation of their living comforts, they also needed slaves to perform labor-intensive works that other Romans did not do either. As a result of the imperialist policies applied by its militarist mind, Rome became a regional power first and then a global power. After the war policies that Rome extended over long periods of time and applied in wide geographies, it undoubtedly achieved significant successes. The military successes gained returned to Rome in the form of surplus products, including slaves, taxes, and large plots of land.As with the sociopolitical samples of other global powers in different periods of historical chronology, Rome also had to fight and win.As in the generally accepted imperialist war traditions, looting and all kinds of lawlessness gained along with the victories won had taken place among the usual flow of life for the winners.Based on this equation, after each war won, hundreds of thousands of prisoners of war, who were supposedly the natural rights of Roman militarists, were brought as slaves to markets in Roman cities. The existence of slaves and their labor had always been essential in the ordinary course of the daily life of the advantageous Romans. Structured Abstract:With Romulus, Rome completed its founding adventure. While the institutional identity of Rome was being created, a sociology based on class discrimination was built. In this process, the Roman people were divided into two as citizens with full (Patricians) and little rights (Plebeians), and an assembly consisting of members of the leading noble families was formed. This situation has led to the existence of different social strata, among which equality could never be achieved throughout the entire history of Rome. The structure of Roman society was constituted of three different layers of people: Patricians, Plebeians, and Slaves. There were sharp boundaries separating these three different layers and deepening the class-based discrimination. The Patricians constituted the top layer of the Roman social pyramid, which was based on class discrimination. This class included the ruling stratum as well as the elite of Rome. The main actors of the regional and global expansionist policies of Rome were the Patricians. The spoils of the wars won by Rome were directly shared among this class. The Patricians also represented the class with the largest land in Rome. The Plebeians represented the middle class of Rome. They were mainly engaged in agriculture, animal husbandry, and handicraft. They constituted the broad public section of Rome. They did not have much impact
