Abstract: ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the Effect of Cabbage Leaf Compress on Postpartum Mothers with Breast Swelling in the Jiput Health Center Work Area, Pandeglang Regency, Banten Province in 2024. This study design uses a quasi-experimental method with a two-group pretest and posttest design approach. This study design has two groups, namely the experimental group and the control group. The effectiveness of the treatment is assessed by comparing the posttest value with the pretest. Data analysis using the Wilcoxon and Mann Whitney tests. The sample taken in this study was 36 respondents. The results of the study showed that there was a difference in the test results between the intervention group and the control group on the 5th or last day with the Mann-Whitney test obtained a P value of 0.000
