In addition, agribusiness contributes to the conservation of biodiversity and cultural heritage. Likewise, the production and marketing of these traditional products helps preserve the cultural identity of rural and urban communities. The state of Hidalgo is known for its rich natural resources and cultural diversity, making it an ideal place for agribusiness. This study presents a review of the most prominent clusters in Hidalgo, Mexico, focusing on the agardiente, walnut, pulque, barbacoa, and pilón sectors.
