Abstract: Internships are a crucial stepping stone in professional development, but they often expose interns to significant stress. This study examines stressors in online and offline internship settings, drawing on survey data from 200 participants. Key findings reveal that tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and financial challenges are the most common stressors, with offline interns additionally burdened by travel-related issues. Stress manifests in emotional, behavioral, and physical ways, such as reduced productivity and mood swings. The study emphasizes the need for improved support systems to mitigate these stressors and enhance the internship experience, fostering both intern well-being and career success.
