Abstract: Intraoperative blood glucose management in diabetic patients is closely related to the smooth progress of surgery and prognosis. Intraoperative blood glucose fluctuation in diabetic patients is related to many factors, and can be effectively controlled by standardized monitoring and reasonable drug use. This study summarizes the influencing factors of intraoperative blood glucose concentration fluctuation in diabetic patients and summarizes the countermeasures for intraoperative blood glucose management, aiming to provide a theoretical basis for improving the standardization of intraoperative blood glucose management in diabetic patients.
