Abstract: Globalization has transformed intellectual property (IP) law communication, influencing legal frameworks, enforcement mechanisms, and technological advancements. As economic and cultural exchanges accelerate, challenges such as disparities in IP protections, international patent enforcement difficulties, and technology transfer concerns have emerged. This paper explores the interplay between globalization and IP law, highlighting the need for legal harmonization and efficient cross-border communication.
