Abstract: Heterocyclic compounds are of particular interest, especially in the area of medical chemistry. The bulk of contemporary drugs do, in fact, include a heterocyclic ring. The seven-atom unsaturated heterocycles known as azepines have one spot where a nitrogen atom takes the place of a carbon atom. In a single pot, it is subjected to cyclization and has a fresh 2-aminophenol substituted for the aromatic ring. A possible skin cancer treatment drug (2VCI), 4,5-diaryl isoxazole Hsp90 Chaperone inhibitors, are tested insilico docking studies against bromooxazepine derivatives.
