Abstract: Currently, as evidenced by literary sources, in connection with the discovery and development of a number of Arctic territories that carry various industrial and commercial interests, scientific interest in this area has also grown. Since a large number of ships are currently heading to the Arctic, there is a need to optimize medical care for the crews of sea vessels, including dental care. In this paper, we have studied the dental status of sailors working in the Arctic climate on ships. The main indicators of the oral cavity, in particular teeth, have been studied and analyzed, and appropriate conclusions have been made. Periodic monitoring of the oral cavity will allow us to identify the weakest points in the studied contingent of this territory and improve dental care both in a specific period under consideration and in the long term.
