Abstract: Concurrently preventing LH-induced phosphorylation of 2 phosphatase regulatory subunits in mouse ovarian follicles is insufficient to prevent LH-induced dephosphorylation of the NPR2 guanylyl cyclase, meiotic resumption, or ovulation.
