Abstract: The article analyzes the state of implementation of the Anti-Corruption Strategy for 2023 – 2025, the implementation mechanism of which is determined by the State Anti-Corruption Program. The problems of its implementation and measures that remain unfulfilled in the field of corruption prevention in the security and defense sector are highlighted. Deficiencies in the implementation of the previous Anti-corruption strategy are noted. The European experience of fighting corruption in the security sector is analyzed. Ways to solve the problems of implementing the Anti-corruption Strategy and improving anti-corruption legislation are proposed.
