Abstract: Purpose: We present a case of an underweight elderly woman with severe aortic stenosis and mitral regurgitation successfully treated with transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) through retroperitoneal approach and staged mitral valve transcatheter edge-to-edge repairment (M-TEER).
