Abstract: Introduction. The study of the topic is driven by the need to analyze the effectiveness of information policy in wartime conditions, counter disinformation, and consolidate society. The telethon has become a key tool of state communication, and its research allows us to assess the impact of modern media technologies on the formation of public opinion, resilience to information threats, and support for national unity. Relevance and purpose. The relevance of the topic is due to the growing role of mass media platforms in crisis situations, in particular during war. The purpose of this article is to systematize and generalize information on the specifics of the application of modern social and communication technologies in the national telethon «United News». Methodology. To study the specifics of the application of modern social and communication technologies in the national telethon «United News», content analysis, expert survey, and comparative analysis were used. Novelty. The article examined specific examples of the use of modern social and communication technologies in the national telethon «United News». Results. The analysis of the specifics of the use of modern social and communication technologies in the national telethon «United News» suggests that this project is a unique information phenomenon that ensures prompt and reliable coverage of events in wartime conditions. The use of new technologies contributes to audience expansion and enhances the effectiveness of communication between the state, media, and citizens. Conclusions. In the context of a hybrid war, effective monitoring of the information space is necessary to counter fake news and information attacks. Modern social and communication technologies in the national telethon «United News» are used for prompt information dissemination, ensuring interactivity and wide audience reach. The use of live broadcasts, analytical platforms, social networks, and digital services enhances information accessibility, engages citizens in discussing important events, and ensures effective communication between government bodies, experts, and society.
