Abstract: These are the abstracts of the free communications of the Sixth Libyan Diabetes Conference, held on November 14–16, 2024. It was hosted by the Medical School, Tripoli, Libya. They are presented here to reach a wider audience. They mostly provide some insights into clinical practices and research in diabetes care, mostly from Libya. They blend care reports, observational studies, and a few experimental exercises. We hope this study documents the current research interests in the country and stimulates early communication between those with mutual research interests in and outside the country even before the presented work is fully published.
