Abstract: The Olympic medal table represents the sports strength of a country to a large extent.It is of great significance to predict the future medal table for the country to enhance the sports competitiveness.This study proposes a medal pre-diction framework based on the random forest model, involving data preprocessing, modeling, and evaluation to forecast the medal distribution of countries in the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics.
