Abstract: We report this case of bladder exstrophy never treated before, in order to study the place of medical imaging in its management. It was a 22-year-old patient, received in the radiology and medical imaging department for an Intravenous Urography (IVU) for permanent urinary incontinence. On clinical examination, in the hypogastric region, there was a reddish budding mass on the abdominal wall with two visible openings under the bladder plate and urine flowing through. The various imaging techniques (ultrasound, IVU and Uro-CT) had made it possible to make the diagnosis and make an exact topography of the urinary tree. The course of action to be taken was the surgical treatment is being evaluated. Medical imaging plays an essential role in the management of bladder extrophy.
