Abstract: The article “Research on Some Aspects of Agenda and Framing” outlines new directions in the study of agenda formation and framing trends. The article's relevance stems from the significant disparity between the media agenda and the actual needs of society, which impacts the creation of a realistic public spirit. Social media plays a crucial role in altering agenda-setting, leading to the development of a parallel agenda that broadens the range of news available to the public. It is obvious that contemporary media does not accurately reflect social reality, as news is filtered and selected based on the broadcaster's stance. Studying of the media materials shows that the conceptualization of the “representability” of certain aspects of a topic merges framing with the second-level agenda concept. In the context of the study of agenda topic and framing, it is appropriate to focus on the three main blocks that define the structure of a media text. It is essential to distinguish the fundamental mechanisms of discourse interpretation. Additionally, it is methodologically incorrect to separate informative and public agendas in the context of “Digital Youth” media research.
