Abstract: Thinking is a highly intellectual matter. Human is a rational creature and thinking is a natural ability for him. Mastering thinking is a prerequisite for personal success, development, professional growth and improving the quality of communication.The development of the ability to think begins at birth and continues until old age. Therefore, it is necessary to think about thinking at every age. When we say that we want to live long, the question is in what state we want to live. The question is not how to prolong life, but how to prolong active life. Therefore, there must be a desire to live, a desire to communicate with people, that is, an active long life, and not years. Artificial intelligence should be a human assistive technology, the ability of computer systems to perform functions associated with human intelligence.
