Abstract: Women are the most significant members of humankind as they contribute to the survival of the human race. However, they are the most vulnerable victims to the conflicts as they face the violence despite being no direct party to the conflict. A large body of the Geneva Conventions, and Additional Protocols as International Humanitarian Law concerns the rights of women and provide protection to the women as the nurses, mothers, pregnant women. They are not to receive the equal punishment to men being prisoners for being physically weak. This article speaks of the violations committed against the international women rights by the Israeli soldiers during the genocide in Palestine. These violations were analyzed using the framework of the rules and principles of the International Humanitarian Law. It actually addresses the fact that despite a large number of articles added in the International Humanitarian Law regarding the protection of women against violence, they suffer the most during the chaos. It exposes the violation of the basic rights defined internationally and violated by the Israel which is backed by the most significant member of United Nations which has failed to provide any relief during the longest conflict in the world.
