Research of the State of Logistics Management in a Higher Educational Institution and Determination of Ways for Its Improvement

Abstract: The research aims to address issues related to the need to improve the efficiency of resource use in higher education institutions, optimize information flows, and ensure a quality educational process. The goal is to study logistics management in a higher education institution, identify problem areas, and develop practical recommendations for their effective optimization. To achieve this goal, the essence and features of logistics management in a higher education institution were studied; a logistics analysis of flows was conducted, including an analysis of material, information flows, and flows related to the educational process; an analysis and evaluation of logistics management of the educational process and scientific activity were carried out, as well as a diagnosis of financial and economic activities and an assessment of the efficiency of the logistics system of the higher education institution; proposals for the use of tools and improvement of logistics management efficiency, particularly regarding the optimization of the logistics system, were developed; an algorithm for the use of logistics management was compiled and its efficiency calculated.
