Abstract: 大思政背景下，提升高校青年教师教育成效对高校人才培养质量意义重大。本文以上海理工大学为研究范例，深入探讨了提升青年教师教育成效的路径与实践。通过分析当前高校青年教师在思政教育中面临的问题，结合上海理工大学的实际举措，提出了包括加强思政培训、完善激励机制、促进教学创新等一系列提升策略，旨在高校在大思政格局下优化青年教师教育工作，提高其思政教育水平提供参考，推动高校人才培养质量的提升。Under the background of “Grand Ideological and Political Education”, it is of great significance to improve the education effect of young teachers in colleges and universities. Taking University of Shanghai for Science and Technology as an example, this paper deeply discusses the path and practice of improving the educational effectiveness of young teachers in colleges and universities. By analyzing the problems faced by young teachers in colleges and universities in ideological and political education at present, and combining with the practical measures of the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, a series of improvement strategies are proposed, including strengthening ideological and political training, perfecting the incentive mechanism, and promoting teaching innovation. This is aimed at providing a reference for colleges and universities to optimize the educational work of young teachers in the pattern of “Grand Ideological and Political Education”, improve their ideological and political education level, and promote the improvement of the quality of talent cultivation in colleges and universities.
