Abstract: : Umbilical cord knots are very rare cases. As opposed to single loop knots, double-and more loop knots are extremely rare. When they occur, adverse outcomes become inevitable in most cases. We present this rare case diagnosed coincidentally on cesarean section at term with good fetal outcome.
