Graphitization of tincone via molecular layer deposition: investigating sulfur's role and structural impacts

Abstract: Raman analysis reveals that annealing tincone films above 300 °C induces graphitization, as evidenced by the emergence of D and G bands. Maximum graphitic ordering occurs at 400 °C, while further heating leads to degradation of the sp 2 carbon bond.
