Abstract: This research is a type of quantitative research with the aim of knowing the effect of the non-physical work environment and work motivation on the innovative behavior of employees at the Regional Public Company of Paljaya. This sample was taken from the employees of the Paljaya Regional Public Company. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data obtained from questionnaires distributed and related to the problem under study. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. In this research, the data source used is primary data. The research instrument used in this study used the Likert scale method. The results of the study show data using statistical calculations through the application of Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) version 25 and it can be concluded that the non-physical work environment and work motivation have a significant effect on the innovative behavior of employees at the Palja Regional Public Company.
