Abstract: The Blockchain-Enabled Form-to-Fork Traceability System for the Turmeric Supply Chain is a groundbreaking solution aimed at ensuring transparency, authenticity, and efficiency in the turmeric industry by leveraging blockchain technology.This decentralized, tamper-proof ledger tracks every stage of turmeric's journey, from cultivation to consumer purchase, effectively preventing fraud, adulteration, and counterfeit products.The system involves two key stakeholders: Admins, who manage stock availability, process orders, update delivery statuses, and oversee the entire supply chain, and Customers, who can view available products, place orders, and track deliveries in real time.The integration of smart contracts automates processes like payments, order confirmations, and delivery tracking, fostering fair trade practices and reducing delays.This traceability system enhances consumer trust by enabling the verification of turmeric's origin, quality, and journey through the supply chain.It also supports regulatory compliance, facilitates food safety audits, and empowers farmers, distributors, and retailers through transparent transactions.Furthermore, realtime tracking and optimized order management reduce waste and improve logistics efficiency.By transforming the traditional turmeric supply chain, the system ensures product integrity, promotes sustainable and ethical trade practices, and sets a benchmark for future blockchain applications in agriculture.This system sets a new standard for transparency and sustainability in the agricultural supply chain, promoting ethical trade practices and paving the way for blockchain adoption across other industries.
