Abstract: The degree of China's aging population has continued to deepen, and the social problems caused by it have become increasingly prominent. In this paper, through the study of the effectiveness and problems of the construction of the three level old-age service system in the county, town and village, and combined with the field survey in Jianhu County, Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province, countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to accelerate the promotion of the function of the grassroots old-age service system.
