Abstract: Background: Cellular neurothekeoma is a rare benign cutaneous neoplasm of uncertain origin, typically presenting as a slow-growing, painless nodule on the head or neck in females during their third or fourth decades. The diagnosis can be challenging due to its clinical and histological variability. We present a case of cellular neurothekeoma, with the diagnostic and therapeutic approach, and highlighting the importance of histopathological and immunohistochemical confirmation.
