Abstract: Background: Immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICI) have revolutionised the therapy of advanced melanoma. However, a relevant proportion of patients do not benefit from this treatment. Therefore, the aim of this project was to identify biomarkers that could predict early treatment failure.
