Leveraging Linkedin Learning for Student Training

Abstract: As a busy technology manager, conducting formal training for student employees often falls low on the priority list. Coordinating student availability for in-person sessions adds another layer of complexity to an already time-consuming task. You could rely on peer training, but can you be sure they are teaching other what they need to know. If you train as you go, you are most certainly not providing each student employee with the same information.
