Abstract: A unique case involving a 65-year-old woman with recurrent hormone-positive, HER-2-negative breast cancer stage IV (T2N2M1) with known metastases to the bone presented with worsening dysphagia and esophageal wall thickening on imaging masquerading as achalasia. However, endosonography (EUS)-guided biopsy of the esophagus wall demonstrated metastatic breast cancer to the esophagus causing pseudoachalasia.
