A significant rise in publications related to TOD typology research was observed, with China and the USA being the most significant contributors. Τhe most productive and most cited researchers along with the most prolific Universities in TOD typology were identified. The most relevant journal source with the largest number of publications was also identified, while the most popular keywords utilized were "Typology", "Land Use", and "Transit Oriented Development".
