Abstract: Pleomorphic adenomas most frequently affect the parotid gland, primarily the superficial lobe. The cystic change, which can resemble squamous cell carcinoma, mucoepidermoid carcinoma, mucocele, or carcinoma ex pleomorphic adenoma, presents a diagnostic challenge in pleomorphic adenomas. Here, we report a unique and intriguing case of cystic pleomorphic adenoma in a 41-year-old man.
