Abstract: The article examines the current problems of cybercrime and cyberfraud in the modern financial market. The main types and methods of committing cybercrimes in the financial sector are studied. An analysis of the risks of cybercrimes in electronic banking is presented, factors influencing the dynamics of the spread of cybercrime are identified. The reasons for the increase in the number of data leaks and cyberattacks in the Russian financial market are considered, and recommendations are given for ensuring the cybersecurity of financial institutions and agencies.
