Abstract: The purpose of the article is to analyze the available theoretical and experimental researches on the study of emotional burnout personal factors. Internet resources were used as the sources of research: with the largest single database Scopus, PsycINFO, a free social network with the possibility of searching and exchanging ResearchGate scientific papers and foreign collections were viewed in open access: Elibrary.ru., Frontiersin.org., Webofsciens, Dissercart.com., Dslib.net., Rsl.ru., and others. The conducted literature review allowed us to identify four groups of personal factors influencing the manifestation of emotional burnout syndrome: typological factor, role factor, organizational factor, motivational factor, existential factor, resource factor. The analysis showed the need for further research on the development of personal resources of employees for the prevention of burnout syndrome.
