Modern Approaches to Deal With Human Dignity Concept

Abstract: The article deals with some approaches of modern researchers concerning the human dignity idea. In particular, it analyzes the position that human dignity legally emerged since the Second World War and shows the inconsistency of this point of view. The author argues the vagueness and ambiguity of the dignity concept are not an obstacle to its comprehending and law enforcement. The author emphasizes a vital necessity for today to take into account and strengthen the dignity concept, considering the complexity of the modern world order.
