Abstract: In recent years, under the background of double innovation, our country has vigorously promoted financial technology. Based on the sample of Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed companies from 2012 to 2022, this paper empirically tests the relationship between corporate fintech and high-quality development of enterprises. The research results show that: Corporate fintech can significantly positively affect high-quality development of enterprises; At the same time, the internal control of enterprises plays a regulating role between the financial technology and the high-quality development of enterprises. Fintech can also promote the high-quality development of enterprises by increasing the proportion of fixed asset investment and the degree of enterprise innovation. In the samples with differences in profitability and location, the effect of fintech on high-quality development of enterprises is different. In this paper, fintech and high-quality development of enterprises are included in the same analytical framework, expanding the existing research, and putting forward corresponding suggestions and prospects.
