Study design: Case Report
Abstract: Odontomas are the most common odontogenic tumors and are classified into compound and complex types. They are usually asymptomatic and are often detected on routine radiographic examinations. Complex odontoma is a rare tumor. Occasionally, it may grow large enough to cause cortical expansion. Here, we report a rare case of a large complex odontoma occurring in the mandibular anterior region, associated with impacted teeth and causing cortical expansion.
