Abstract: This paper aims to conduct an in-depth study of the natural gas gathering and transportation process and the digital monitoring scheme that matches it. First, the background of the research on the natural gas gathering and transportation process, the current status of research at home and abroad, and the shortcomings of the existing schemes are explained. Then, the basic process of the natural gas gathering and transportation process, pipeline transportation technology, compression and storage technology and other key contents are introduced in detail. Then, the system composition of the digital monitoring scheme and the application of various monitoring technologies in natural gas gathering and transportation are analyzed. Finally, the full text is summarized, emphasizing the importance of natural gas gathering and transportation technology and digital monitoring schemes to ensure the safe and efficient transportation and utilization of natural gas, in order to provide a reference for the practice and development of related fields.
