Abstract: Higher vocational colleges are an important part of China's high talent cultivation. In order to implement the construction of teacher ethics and style in China, vocational colleges need to build a high-quality teaching staff with noble teacher ethics under the guidance of the fundamental task of moral education. In the historical period of the New Times and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, vocational colleges need to only seize the opportunity of teacher ethics construction, build a teacher team under the guidance of the national guiding ideology on teacher ethics and style, and build a teacher team with excellent teacher ethics and style.
