Abstract: In the current era, the booming development of artificial intelligence has led to a profound reshaping of the social life form, which undoubtedly brings unprecedented challenges and demands to talent cultivation work, and thus urgently promotes the innovation and transformation of the talent cultivation model. This article elaborates on the in-depth transformation of the talent cultivation model from aspects such as cultivation objectives, curriculum systems, and evaluation mechanisms. It points out that in the era of artificial intelligence, talent cultivation should be guided by cutting-edge cognitive laws and rely on the release of human-machine distributed intelligence. Through the coordination of a series of measures, it aims to achieve the organic integration of talent supply and demand, the coherence of cultivation concepts and processes, the coordination of educational links, and the internal unity of talent cultivation value and the purpose of educating people.
