Basic Training of Engineering Software MATLAB Teaching—Taking Mobile Robot Navigation as an Example

Abstract: The main problems existing in the teaching of Engineering Software Foundation Training—MATLAB is analyzed for automation specialty. Taking the navigation of mobile robots as an example, we introduced the teaching example of engineering software foundation training course based on the swarm intelligent algorithm by MATLAB software. It mainly includes the random generation of navigation environment of mobile robots by using MATLAB and artificial fish of swarm intelligence algorithm. Iterative distribution and navigation optimization results of mobile robots are presented. At the same time, the compilation of Matlab function is introduced in detail. Through the illustration of this example, the practical application skills of MATLAB for students are improved.
