Abstract: The study is devoted to the development of a scenario for the digital transformation of the Russian economy, taking into account the prolongation of Western sanctions for an indefinite period. The object of the study is the mechanism for ensuring Russia's technological sovereignty. The subject of the study is a set of organizational and economic relations arising in the process of digital transformation.
