Abstract: This paper conducts experimental research on the simulation rain equipment for heavy equipment rain tests, selecting the 1/4 GG-SS 12W type sprinkler for the testing. Through multiple trials, the arrangement of test sprinklers to achieve three rainfall intensities of 10cm/h, 15cm/h, and 30cm/h has been determined. The effective test area is 2.6×3.5m, with an average rainfall intensity deviation of less than 2% and uniformity greater than 0.93. If the length of the test branch pipeline is extended to 17m, the required test area of 14×3.5m can be achieved.
