Abstract: The self-propelled precision powder sprayer has been designed to address problems such as the inaccurate control of the powder, high labor intensity and difficult maintenance of traditional powder sprayers. It has adopted the self-propelled design and is composed of the tank, the running system, the spraying system, the dosing system, and the control system. The spraying amount of powder is 25-200 g per 667m2, which can be precisely controlled. Also, the micro-amount of powder can be diffused thoroughly and evenly. The precision of powder spraying can reach 0.15-0.6 g/s, and the operation time is 3-5 min per 667m2. After application, the powder can be suspending in the greenhouse for 2-3h.
