Summary of the vibration and vibration suppression method of permanent magnet synchronous motor

Abstract: This paper summarizes the vibration of permanent magnet synchronous motor and its suppression method. First, the basic structure and working principle of the permanent magnet synchronous motor are introduced. Then, the main causes of motor vibration include electromagnetic force wave, motor harmonics and magneto strict force. By sorting out these influencing factors, many effective vibration suppression methods are proposed, such as optimizing motor structure design, reducing excitation force and changing natural frequency. Finally, the progress and future needs of the current study are summarized.
