Abstract: In the study of self-unloading semi-trailer, the basic principles of kinematics and dynamics are used to deeply explore its structural characteristics. Through the application of drawing method and dynamic balance equation, the dangerous condition of each oil cylinder can be analyzed thoroughly. Further, the ideal diameter of each telescopic cylinder in the direct lifting mechanism should be calculated. After a series of professional and accurate calculations, it is found that the total stroke of the selected cylinder and the diameter of each cylinder meet the design standards. This method can provide a solid theoretical support for the design and failure mode analysis of future lifting institutions. This study not only demonstrates an effective technical approach, but also makes a contribution to the development of related fields in the industry.
