Modernization of the electric submersible blade unit for operation in difficult conditions

Abstract: The object of research in the proposed article is a submersible electric vane pump installation. The paper analyzes the negative impact of the main factors. The classification of installations and the analysis of their failures are given, the corresponding calculations are performed, the movement of the medium in the flow part of the inlet grate of the gas separator is modeled. As a result, it was found that the narrowing of the channels of the inlet grate, which contributes to an increase in the flow rate and removal of the abrasive, minimizes the contact of abrasive particles with the flowing part of the gas separator and reduces the risk of its destruction.
