Abstract: “ikh zasag” is one of the big jurisprudence sources that reflects society, economy and politics of thegreat mongolia and also give possibility to study the society in different way. understanding of the historiographyon the ikh zasag and il khant state jurisprudence by moslem historians will be clarified. There were norms thatderived from the “ikh zasag” in the il khant state jurisprudence as show several examples despite the jurisprudencethat show the moslem world specific feature as show the sources and research articles and works.
