Abstract: In all process of criminal case settlement, there is always participation of spe-cialists. However, legal regulation is very weak on participation of specialists in criminal casesettlement process, except participation in some certain activity such inspection and experiment.The conclusion, that Mongolian Law on Criminal Case Procedure needs provisions regu-lating specialists and their activities, is not produced from mere theory but from practical appli-cation and difficulties in real life.This study is aimed to analyze on legal regulation of specialist participation in criminalcase settlement process, its practical applications and some urgent problems, and seeks ways tosolve such problems. I believe that if these problems are solved, cooperation of law enforcementagencies will be improved.
